I tried booking a room, but the site kept freezing on me and then the price suddenly changed when I got to checkout. What made it even more annoying was that there didn’t seem to be any actual person to talk to for help, just menus and automated stuff. After wasting enough time, I gave up and booked somewhere else.

We were really hoping for a fun day out, but the waterpark was a letdown. It was so crowded that we spent most of our time standing in long lines, and a lot of the areas felt either dirty or not properly maintained. A couple of things seemed broken too, which made it even more frustrating. The staff we dealt with didn’t seem very interested in helping, and my kids got bored a lot faster than I expected. For what we paid, it just didn’t feel worth it, and I don’t think we’ll be going back.

It was disappointing. The staff seemed confused about this and that, the food came out late, and by the end a lot of our guests were just annoyed. Not really the experience we were hoping for on our wedding day

I feel kind of stupid for trusting that the amenities would be available like advertised. The pool was closed, the hot tub was constantly packed, and there really wasn’t much else open to use. It was disappointing

I felt ignored most of the time I was there. The staff didn’t seem friendly or interested at all. I mean, is it too much to expect a little basic attention or a simple hello?

I thought the resort looked really nice online, but once we got there, it just didn’t have the relaxing vibe I was expecting!! It felt loud and crowded, and overall the place was kind of blah for me...

Check-in took way longer than it should have. The front desk seemed confused, and somehow our room still wasn’t ready when we arrived. I get that things happen, but it kind of felt like nobody was really on top of it, and there wasn’t much of an apology either. Definitely not the best way to start the stay.

We went with the kids and it just felt kind of stressful. This and that got loud, and when we needed help with family-related stuff, the staff didn’t seem all that helpful. Not the easiest place to relax with kids.

Stayed at Blue Harbor Resort the room was comfy overall. The bed hit that suspiciously perfect middle ground where it’s soft but not sink-into-another-dimension soft, and somehow I slept well both nights, which almost never happens in hotels.
The room felt clean and there was enough space for our bags and all the kid stuff we dragged in like we were moving in permanently. My only real side-eye was the pillows, because they were kind of flat, and I’m not saying there’s a pillow shortage cover-up happening, but I’m also not not saying it.

I’d give it 4 stars mainly because the AC was a little loud at night, like it was trying to send coded messages through the wall. Still, comfort-wise, it was a nice stay and I’d probably come back

Not gonna lie, the food was really disappointing. We ate at the resort twice, and both times the meals came out cold, tasted bland, and felt way too expensive for what we got. The service was slow too, which didn’t help. I wouldn’t say it was worth it.

I wouldn’t say the place was terrible, especially if you’re just there for a night and not expecting much, but it definitely needs some maintenance. The pool had loose tiles, which made it feel a bit neglected, and the hallway had a damp smell that was hard to ignore. For the price or location it might work for some people, but I’d probably look elsewhere if comfort and cleanliness are a priority.

For what we paid, I expected a lot more. Parts of the stay were okay, but overall it just didn’t feel worth the money. There were too many little extra charges, and the room didn’t feel special or upgraded enough to justify the rate. We also kind of felt ignored at times, like no one was really checking in or making much effort. I wouldn’t book again at that price.

The parking was a letdown. There just weren’t enough spots anywhere near the entrance, so we ended up driving around for way too long trying to find something. We finally had to park far away, which was frustrating with bags and kids in tow. For a resort, I expected this to be handled a lot better.

The location was definitely handy, especially since my sister and I were trying to stay close to everything. The stay was fine overall, but nothing really stood out as special. It worked for what we needed, just wasn’t particularly memorable.

Overall, it was a nice place to stay, but the walls were thin and I could hear a lot from the rooms nearby. It made the noise feel like a preventable issue that could really improve the experience.
